Thank you for a timely message. I have personal experience of the church system in Jamaica. It is the last bastion of the color divide in Jamaica. The church has maintained its protected status by the staggering amounts of money that is funneled through via donations by tourists to their church that is in local residence. I had millions in JA dollars of medical supplies and medication diverted by the church that was raised for the ghetto poor who have HIV/AIDS. that was to be given freely, they were charged for them at church sponsored clinics. It does not yet serve the Church's interest yet to stop the violence in the ghetto, against the aged, women and children.
