Retirement in Mandeville, Jamaica

I'm looking for a community for my retired parents in the Mandeville area. They're in their mid-80s and in good health, so it doesn’t specifically have to be for retirement only. I think that they would probably like to be in an area with expats from the UK and US since they lived in those countries for decades.

They would like a modest 2 or 3 bedroom bungalow or apartment of around 1000 square feet (maybe less) with minimal stairs and air conditioning (bedroom only would be OK). They enjoy walking and gardening and would like something close to shopping without much driving. A safe area to walk for exercise would be ideal. They both can walk about a mile without stopping. Exercise classes in the area would be great but not required.

They returned to Mandeville in 2008 from the States, but their house is on a steep hill and has too many stairs. They have a very large garden with flowers, fruits, and vegetables, so they would ideally like an area for planting.

A rental is preferred. Does anyone have any ideas?
