Hi
I would like to renovate our family home in the hills of St Andrews. I would like to also added a further 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms including 1 unsuite a kitchen and a patio area at the back of the house, an extend the veranda to make it longer at the back of the house,

Can anyone gives me a rough estimate what the cost could likely be?

My hubby and I have also built a house there, although it takes us years to complete. For your project it will cost you around 60 thousand US dollars or more, but if you find the right contracter and also someone to look over the project and the right professional, you can add to your home for that price.
