I'm subletting my apartment in stony hill area for 6 months. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a split bathroom (seperate room for toilet).
Rent is 450,- USD per month incl. water, Limited basic furniture (bed, fridge, kitchen utilities) could be provided,
