I am from Fiji and I hold a registered company business license that is unlimited to any type of legal business and has no duration. We are four of us board of Directors. We all hold only one share each. There is no operation done yet on the license. I am the owner of the license technically since I registered the company and the other three are just invited in. I am looking for investors who wants to do business in Fiji and can use this license of mine. I am willing to dialogue with any investor or to send in the copies of the license including Memorandum of Association and Article of Association.
