I'm an American woman and have taught in Saudi Arabia for 8 years. I'm planning to move to Jordan in search of a healthier lifestyle for my children, myself, and my husband (a Jordanian/American). I've contacted the private international schools in Amman, but want to widen my search for employment. I'd really appreciate any guidance in this area since I realize the economic situation in Jordan is not the greatest. I've visited the country and found it very inviting and comfortable for me as a western woman. I've already tried escape artist, portals to the world, and the US embassy in Jordan. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
