Getting a job in Jordan would ofcourse depend on you qualifications and years of experience, just like any local. Now usually the reason why the only expats here that get high paid salaries is due to the fact that they were sent from thier home county branch, or are sent here for a year or two to manage a project and leave. Other expats who just want to come here for a middle eastern life experience end up with small jobs with a slightly higher salary than the locals.
