Ahlsn w Sahlan,

I've been living in Jordan for a year and have done an internship in interfaith relations, along with published essays on the MENA energy sector.

I'm currently studying Arabic till next winter, and as I also have a Jordanian girlfriend am really looking to stay.

Does anyone know work permits work, if employers are willing to take care of them?

I'm very interested in working for energy companies, risk analysis firms or NGO's. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an MA in Politics, with a focus on energy security in Iraq and Libya and have also served as an Adviser to the Arab Institute for Security Studies (ACSIS) in Amman.

Was Salaam,

Nicolai

Hi Nicolai,
I have been living in Aqaba for over 3 years and from what I have seen, a lot of employers will pay for your work permit fees, but some won't. It depends on the individual company.
