Does anyone know of any homes in these areas that are furnished and secure? We need a home for 2 months in a secure area. We also need to keep expenses down but can handle around $1000.00 to $1800.00 USD.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. We are arriving Nairobi May 24,2007 and will stay till late July.

Dear Cassy,
I am in the process of setting up a firm to assist returning kenyans and expatriates to kenya with settling in Kenya. And one of the services we offer is house search and I do have a charming 3 bedroom double storey house with a garden in Kileleshwa for rent (USD 1,500). We also assist with school search, domestic workers search and transport ie car hire or purchase.

Am looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment in Nairobi. Am currently staying at the Norfold apartments but want to move out into something more isolated, greener and I guess better.

I do have a beautifully furnished maisonette in Milimanin area asking price is 95000. It has a common gate into the compound then each house has its own gate, front and backyard. Please let me know if you would be interested and what budget you are considering in this search.

I am also looking for a 3 bedroom place in the Lavington, Kilimani or Kilileshwa Area, preferably somewhere with a bit of garden for a little boy to play in. I am looking around the 70 000KSH market, and if possible a townhouse, maisonnet, bungalow or similar.
If anyone can help that would be great.
