I will be relocating to Nairobi for a job and understand that housing can be quite expensive in this area of Nairobi. It would be ideal for me to find a roommate so I can afford a nicer/safer place! Im wondering how to go about this in Nairobi. Is it even possible? If not, can any one suggest how I go about locating a nice, safe 1 bedroom furnished flat for under $600 per month?

Hello there,
A budget of $600 can almost find you a furnished apartment though not so nice area. But the idea of sharing is good, you can share for some time then use the time to look for a nicer budget friendly place as you will have known your way around.

Hi Jaymr. yes I can help. First I need to know exactly how many weeks. day of arrival and departure. I will give you two options
1. shared accomodation in Milimani. One fully furnished serviced bedroom with closet for yourself then yu share the living room and the kitchen for 600$
2. Fully furnished one serviced bedroom for $758 for four weeks
