We are letting out our house in Karen, 4 bed 3 bath 2 ensuite bungalow on half an acre for KShs. 100,000
It is close to some of the best International Schools in this region of Africa; its especially close to the Nairobi Academy, Japanese School, Norwegian School and the Hillcrest School.

Hi. We are looking to move to Nairobi in sept/oct with my husbands work. We will start by living in yaya towers with the thought of finding a place In Karen. Our 3 childern will be attending brookhouse intermationl school which I believe is close to Karen. I was wondering if you could answer a few qustions I have. Is Karen a quiet and safe place to live? What kind of security is needed? (electric fence or compound) are there alot of expats in the area? What is the traffic like from the yaya towers to Karen for the school run when we first get there? I thank you for your time and if you property is available when we are looking over there it sounds like just the right thing. Thanks again x x
