Hi in gigiri you will most probably get a quest house or room in a house as the area is mainly populated with stand alone homes.
Incase you dont get your exact requirement westlands is a first option as it is close to gigiri and this is mainly where you can get apartments. To that i have a 1 bedroomed tastefully furnished apartment in westlands. The area has good security and quiet surroundings. rent is 60,000 inclusive of water and electricity.
