My girlfriend and i have a lovely two bedroom apartment that is very cosy and tastefully furnished in Kikuyu. We are looking to rent out one of the bedroom. The house is a master-ensuit hence you will have your own bathroom and toilet. The room for rental comes fully fitted with a wardrobe, a working PC, a TV/DVD entertainment unit and an exercise bike (for those that are exercise savvy)!
We live at an araea that is quiet and very serene overlooking the famous Ondiri swamp. we have 24 hour security with a perimeter wall around the apartments, ample supply of water (backup form a borehole) and a balcony fitted with a table and a chair for one to wind off in the evening enjoying the amazing sunset view!
Rent is Kshs. 25,000 per month which is inclusive of all utilities.
