Hi, I'm a young expat working for a non profit, looking for an apartment share or one bed in a house.
Preferably 30k or under per month, utilities included, near matatu routes, in or near Westlands.
Would be open to a more expensive place if it had two bedrooms.
Please only reply if you have a place with good transportation access.

I have a fully furnished appartment with 3 bedrooms near Yaya and Nakumat Prestige. Nice and secure compound with several NGOs.
You can take 2 bedrooms for a total of KES 70.000 including watr and electicity.

Hi! I have a large 3 bedroomed apartment to share though its in kilimani (about 15mins drive to westlands). The apartment is 7 mins walking distance to Yaya Centre Mall.
It's large, quiet, secure and has a huge garden. It's close to both local & expats restaurants etc. and available now! It would be worth your while to view it. Cheers!
