Hi, its a guest wing on a single townhouse in Karen with a christian family. So you will have the guest wing to yourself. It has a master bedroom, a kitchenette,a second bedroom and a living room.
Minor works are needed to paint and construct external stairs.
The price would be KES 70,000 per month including utilities such as power and water.
No lease needed,only a tenants agreement. but a deposit for the first 3 months would be needed for commitment.
