Hi, where in Gwangju do you live? My partner and I live near the airport. We are Kiwis who have been here 6 months. I would strongly recommend you getting in touch with the Gwangju International Centre gwangjuic@hotmail.com
They offer Korean lessons (next ones start June 22) and culture trips, and a great network to meet other foreigners.
