Pet Friendly Apartment in Korea

Hi,
My sister recently moved to Seoul for a job and had her dog shipped to her this week. Her apartment is not pet friendly and she is looking to find an apartment that will allow her to have her dog. He is around 60lbs. She works for Seoul International University and would like a place not to far away. Any help would really be appreciated. She does not speak Korean so it is hard for her to search for places. Thanks
