I'm a travelling Scot thinking of taking up a position in Kuwait as an HSE Advisor on the pipeline side of things, is there anyone out there who could give me a guideline as too what type of package should go with the job? KD a month salary, housing, phone, allowances etc ive been made an offer but aint sure if its okay or not?. any pros n cons to working there? i know that the occasional beer is available but how often? and how expensive / difficult to get? can you bring a bottle or 5 when you first come? is there any real social life out there for a single chap? any general info would be great.
