Teaching at A'Takamul -any advice?

My husband (born in NZ) and I have been offered jobs at A'Takamul school. Anyone have advice on contract negotiations or living in Kuwait?
We are coming from Canada with our 2 young children.

All I can say is GOOD LUCK. That school is an Islamic School and its one of a group of three schools. I used to work with Gulf English School about 10 years ago. management has changed since then. As far as I remember there isnt much negotiation you can practice with them. contracts are fixed. But dont let them fool you with the papers they send you first about Kuwait and living in Kuwait. Most of the information they send is old.
