Moving to Kuwait from Thailand (via Canada) next week. I'll be working at Al Bayan (feverishly praying all of the old comments on here no longer stand true!-and if they are still true-don't tell me!). I'm very social so I am looking for ideas on where to go and what to do to meet others. Suggestions on good gyms that offer yoga as well would be much appreciated.

Lots of things to do here, MissP. What do you like to do? I go shopping with friends, out to eat, bowling, smoke shisha. You'll meet friends quickly here, don't worry. Get a cell phone as soon as possible, that is the BIG first step....
