Bwahaha - damn, that's rich on soo many levels that I just couldn't resist. Nope I don't live there - yeah, I'm what those sheila's commonly refer to as a 'bloke'and nope please don't read this if you're a cruising 'd' from down under .. j/k ;-)
But - I do know a few femmes from Oz - they're teachers - not sure where they live or if they hng out in any forums so if you don't come right I'll pass their contact number on ... only if u promise to behave and expand your preferences to include some other groups -- maybe start with some commonwealth females and work your way out from there ?! The lebanese ladies speak pretty good english as do many of the diverse cultures out here, but yeah, it's not the most condusive place for females so wear a wedding ring and dress conservatively in the begining. It won't stop the persistant ones, but hey it's probably alot safer here than many places in Sydney etc
You're coming to a foreign clime - hopefully to expand your mind and global experiences along with your bank balance --- so don't be scared to cross the country and gender barriers as sterotyping or profiling does not always guarantee a comfort zone ... just saying .... lol

im going there with my husband so i dont need to worry so much about the wedding ring/persistant men thing, lol.
RE: dressing conservative part - im muslim, so i already dress in the same way as the locals.
i already know a few egyptian girls there, thats why i am asking about western women living in the area.

Best hide your husband from those aussie gals you're hoping to locate ;-)
But yeah - you have a good starting point then. Here's a pretty good blog from a femme perspective: http://desertgirlkuwait.blogspot.com/

Hi 3beeta,
I'm a European lady living near Jahra. I've been living in Kuwait for a year now. It would be nice to get to know you. Feel free to contact me.

I lived in Kuwait for four years. Reconsider your move, Al Jahra is infested with stateless angry people, desperate criminals, corrupt police and islamists. There are far better places to live in Kuwait. You will regret living in Al Jahra. Oh yeah, you will be one of two white girls in the entire city, good luck with that!
