Don't tell any local or non local - u will get lumped with the egyptians (and as any non-egyptian cab driver will tell u, they are snakes and not to be trusted) or u will be asked why u are not black - typically demonstrated by rubbing their forearm with the other hand (and leaving the steering wheel) ...

I have met some guys from Ghana who swear they are gonna win the world cup - but here again - touchy subject as the algerians thumped the egyptians outta the cup -- so now we have the pharoah's lost tribe sulky and alienated by everyone else ...

Ah Africa .... such a large continent ...
