17 yr old flying to Kuwait alone

I am thinking of coming to Kuwait to join my spouse a week or so ahead of my 17 year old, so I can find an apartment, etc., without the yammering a 17 can bring along! Does any one no if there would be an issue coming into the country for the 17 yr. old. This is assuming the minor has all the paperwork and addresses needed, as well as directions for what to do at the visa counter. I would be waiting at the appropriate spot at the airport, of course.

contact Hala services at the airport, for KD8 they will walk him through the whole process, you need to drop off the original visa with them, make sure that he has a copy with him aswell.
