I want to file for divorce from my wife. We havent seen one another in over 7 years. She is dating and Im dating and so on. She wants to file and I do too. We dont have kids nor a house or anything. She has been married 2 times before. She is ready to marry with her partner. We want it easy and both agree. who can I contact for this?

religion doesnt matter in America. We were married in America and we are both Christians. She actualy doesnt even believe in god. All the same she has moved on at this point.

Hey sir ,
Now I can tell you after I'm sure ...
There is two way :
One easy short .. Check the church and embassy..
and other ... Little stronger to go to court
....
And as you said she Dosenot believe in god I think she won't go to church
As I now you can make a case asking for divorce for non Muslims by judge but she must atend infront judge ... You have to get here address here in Kuwait and bring your marrige paper your passport ... Civil Id .. Official paper
. And we can help with that..
