Using work visa to school

Hi there am being offered a job in Kuwait of which I know work visa is what I will get there. I want to have my bachelor's degree in one of the universities in Kuwait. Can I have my degree whilst am on working visa.

Please I want to know if I can school there whilst am working there cos I have checked through the net but didn't get any answer to it. Please I really need an answer.
