There are many parks for kids in Bishkek. Cosmo Park, Panfilov, and others have fun rides to go on and ponies to ride and fun things to eat. There are also play grounds in other parks, malls with kid zones with different fun things to do. I am not a child and have no children but I think there is plenty of fun stuff.

I have 2.5 years old son and 5 months old daughter. The eldest enjoys Panfilov’s park a lot. There is lovely grey pony just by the Belyi Dom fence we are particulary go there for. Another lovely attraction is the train going around castle. Another park is opposite Asanbay microrayon, has the same attractions and cleaner than Panfilov’s park.
Park Pobedy, between 10 microrayon and Orto Sai is lovely for summer picnic, seeing squirrels and listen to old aged grannies singing in the evening. It has granite column where a lot of children seem like to play. In the summer there is bicycle rental.
“Detskiy mir” (on Chui/Ibraimova), “Karavan”(on Gorky/Elebaeva) and “Rahat Palace”(on Toktogula/Timiriazeva), “Beta stores 2” (in 7th microraiyon) have indoor playgrounds. They are very loud in weekend and holidays, I would suggest to go there daytime on a weekday.
My personal favorite is Monaco (opposite Asanbay microrayon) with swimming pool. Best children playground, very clean and safe. Buddha bar (Sovietskaya/Ahunbaeva) has nice playground, though very close to noisy road.
