Looking to buy a motorbike

Hello - we have recently arrived in Vientiane. Does anyone know someone selling a second hand motorbike here? I would be interested in a second hand dirtbike, or a second hand road motorbike (Honda, Kolao, Suzuki or other) with taxes paid. I prefer at least 100cc engine. I would like to pay less than $500 for a basic road motorbike, and willing to pay more for a dirtbike, depending on condition.

Also, is there an email listserve for expats to receive emails when motorbikes and cars are being sold?
