Wthout any qualifications you will find it very very difficult to get a job.

You may be lucky enough to score a low paying position in a village somewhere.

Experience should be enough in any case you should get a job in an academy no problem, there are many in Vientiane. If you are looking at a school than timing is important and this is the right time to start applying as the school year is nearly over. Some schools have summer school where many regular teachers go on holidays these schools are looking for teachers. and also many regular teachers for one reason or another do not return in September, so if you take summer school than you have one foot in the door.

Don't forget to circulate your CV to NGOs. Many times they are looking for teachers for staff and especially their drivers. If you can go to project work sites to teach that is even better. Good luck.

I have friends who are teaching here in Laos. The better schools here are now asking for formal qualifications.

Come on a tourist visa - you'll get a job right away, and then you can convert it to a working visa afterwards.
