Hi all. I am starting a small business in lao and will need a competant translator full time during startup and reducing to a day a week once established.
For my venture I will need to effectively communicate with several groups. I will be trading with the farming community and will also need to purchase recycled materials. I understand that recycling in Vientane is an occupation that has a predominantly Vietnamese workforce.
I would welcome any advice on how to find and hire a competant assist, whether I would be better to use to individuals who have similar origens to those with whom I am trying to negotiate, and what prices I should expect to pay.
