Anyone thinking about opening a business in Vilnius? I'm currently in search of venture partners who are interested in participating in one of Europe's fasting growing economies. We can take the risk together. I'm open to your ideas.

Yes, I know how cold it is in Lietuva - I lived there for 1.5 years :-). I happen to like the cold very much; hence, my username "Ziema" or "Winter."

Be careful "opening businesses" in Lithuania. The government agencies prey on small businesses, while kowtowing to the larger ones - there are so many hidden laws that a small business owner has to be careful - they are making and changing requirements constantly, and if you are foreign investor, it's like someone tying your shoelaces together every couple of weeks.
