Hi, An interesting question.
In the States, veterinarians offer such services. Have you checked with yours? When I came in 1995, I think that field was still being taught with Russian textbooks, so you might want to use a friend to translate for you if you do not speak Lithuanian.
My friend recently went on vacation and had the same problem with a dog. The usual practice is to have a friend or neighbour take care of it. Are there any little old ladies in your building? For a small fee to supplement their pension, they might be willing to take it in. You will definitely need someone who speaks Lithuanian to handle that conversation if you do not speak Lithuanian well since old people speak real Lithuanian, which is more complex than standard Modern Lithuanian.
If you do happen to find a cattery, I am sure they would love to have their name published on the Internet.
Good luck
