Hi,
been coming to Vilnius since the start of 2010 and am now moving here for the rest of 2011 (at least).
as I've been coming on business, going home at weekends and staying in hotels I've not needed to worry about a bank account, but now I am going to have bills to pay I will, so whats the best account to get as a non-national?

I go back to the UK at weekeds, but if anyone ever wants to meet up in the week drop me a line, be warned an ideal evening for me is either a really good meal (so easy to find here) or a good few beers watching the football (you can take the boy out of Essex......)

Hello,
I am not Lithuanian but i live in Vilnius like a year. It will be better to have an account from popular bank i think, which is easier to find.
Some banks asks for fee for non-national people. Maybe like 100 ltl.. Swedbank is very popular, there is DnB Nord and SEB. As i know DnB Nord does not asks for fee but SEB does :) Lithuanian friends think swed is better.
