Not sure if some one did answer this question, any way it is the first days in september and it lasts 10 days
it is called Foire and it takes place in the nearly centre of Luxembourg town at the parking de Glasis.
It is a huge fun fair and it also sells food and gifts etc.
If I can recall correctly it falls at the same time as the children are about to return to school from their summer vacation 'feast as it celebration with food' ?
