May we know when are you planning to come? For how long? accomodations depends on your stay and the area you want to live (not far from your office of course). Expat community is quite active. You can join some associations here. Security is a real concern, especially at night. You have to follow some basics rules like: no apparent jeweleries, do not respond to threats, do not walk alone. Avoid walking by night. Taxi hotel are safer and is highly advised if you don't rent a car.
