I am a new user on this site. I am looking for information on how I can plan and organize to move to Tamatave or around Tamatave with my family. I was born in Tamatave and was there until I was 8 then move around until I settled here in New Jersey, USA. Any guidance, tips would appreciated.
Some of the questions I have are:
1. how to buy a land in Tamatave
2. approx cost of let's say 1 or 2 acres of land
3. approx cost for tax, fees etc..
4. estimate cost for building a 3 bedrooms house ranch style on pillar (I'm scared of snakes or crawling creatures) with a veranda wrap around
5. Sewer solution..e.g Septic tank or what?
6. Electricity/Power solution.. e.g generator or what?
7. Is it possible to shipping my current belonging in a container incl my car..
