Hi,
We're looking to move to KL in September and will visit the city between May 2 and May 15 to look for a house near the Alice Smith or Garden International schools.

Can anyone recomend a good realtor who can help us?

Hi, Mikey767,

It is not necessary to stay near the school as many new comers did.

If you still unsure where to stay, I will recommend
u to stay in Valencia ( the expat village with excellent security) transportation to and fro by Alice Smith school bus daily. Hired van to Garden Intern School.

This place has been in demand recently by mostly British expats.

Hi Mikey,
I would love to buy a house in Valencia but its a bit over my budget! So great advice about moving there.
I have found one company metroworld and the guy I dealt with is called William Hong.
I have a 3br condo 2 swimming pools gym etc on Jalan Ipoh 4km from the twin towers thats available from August. It sounds like you want a house though. Enjoy Malaysia it really is great!
