Kindly guide me about house rentals in Penang , is it OK if we get 12k RM per month? and we have 2 year old kid . Please guide me about life in Penang

12k is good, you can live in penang.

1.5 to 2k you get good apartment with car parking.

Hi,
I have a fully equip 2 years old apartment, tight security, easy access to any malls, a lot amenities such as 2 swimming pools include 1 kids pool, playground, underground fish and coral aquarium etc. a few good reviews now.

Hi Himalatha,

Penang is a lovely city. easy access to everywhere during off peak hours. People there are very friend, speak a few languages include English. A few good quality education Kindergarten, primary schools. A few park such as Botanical garden, kids love go there. The condo I mentioned has every amenities suit young children. Most important, safety comes first and good neighbours and environment meet the parent's consideration. Good Luck.
