Hi Himalatha,

Penang is a lovely city. easy access to everywhere during off peak hours. People there are very friend, speak a few languages include English. A few good quality education Kindergarten, primary schools. A few park such as Botanical garden, kids love go there. The condo I mentioned has every amenities suit young children. Most important, safety comes first and good neighbours and environment meet the parent's consideration. Good Luck.
