Hi, I have a 1293sf 2+2 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 study/bedroom, 1 wardrobe room) apartment at Jaya One Residence, Petaling Jaya Malaysia for rent. It is above the Enrichment Mall called the School. . (http://theschool.my/about/the-school/) There are plenty of eating out places, amenities and activities for kids here. Please email me if you are interested. Thanks.

Hi Razzi5000,
Moving to Malaysia is a great idea if you are a bit flexible and if you don't expect the same environment and behavior as in US.
The food is great, the people are friendly , the weather permanent warm and it is quite cheap to live here.
I’m living in Penang for more than 25years and never regretted it. I prefer to live on an island surrounded by the sea and enjoying the usual breeze here. The lifestyle is also a bit more rural here.
If you want more details you could PM me.

Hi there, My husband and I just moved here a month ago and are going through that process now. First thing I'd do is decide what school you want them to go to then look at areas close by. But keep in mind your commute to work. Traffic can be really bad and you'll want make it as easy on everyone as possible. You'll find there are a number of areas that will suit your needs. I'd suggest doing a search on property.com/my. If you find something you like, you can send a note to the agent who will respond to you and you can set up a viewing. It's not uncommon to work with more than one agent until you find one you really like. And if you find one you like, ask them to show you more that fit your needs, and they'll do the work to set it up. Last thing, with your family you will definitely want to be in a gated guarded community- a good one will have a communal pool, maybe a playground and lots of other kids to play with.
