Im looking for single female housemate and willing stay with us for long term .min. 7 month. Available for small room and fully furnished. Have bed.

Location :- Palm Spring Condominium Kota Damansara

House facilities:
- Refrigerator, Washing machine , rice cooker
- sofa,dining table
- Internet (WIFI)
- TV
- Cooking kitchen ( cooking allowed)
- water heater
- air-conditioner in hall

Room:
-Furnished with fan, lighting
-Wardrobe , bed frame n matress.

Condo facilities:
-Gym
-Swimming pool & Sauna
-Driving range & Putting green
-BBQ Terrace
-Multipurpose court
-24 hour security
-Near MRT station.
-easy get the public transport

Near to several shopping Center ie Ikea, Ikano, The Curve, 1 Utama, Paradigm Mall and Tropicana City Mall, Sunway Giza
Easy access to major highway and township ie KL, PJ and Damansara, Kepong

Single female(non-smoking)
-working adults are preferable.
- expat are welcome
-Friendly , can respect each others,

- no pet inside the house
- PREFER LONG TERM TENANT
- No MALE Allowed in the house except in certain circumstances.
- CAN PAY MONTHLY RENTAL AT TIME
- Any race is welcome as long as we tolerate each other) .
- Prefer long term, clean, Tidy
-NOT EAT PORK FOOD , NO ALCOHOL, NO DRUGS
-Respect and understanding each other is very important.
- hygienic personality who takes responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and liveliness of the house.
