I speak, read, and write English and Spanish. How would it be possible to work in a company in Mexico? Would I need a FM3 visa or be sponsored? Just a machine operator(cryovac) food industry type of job. And no, my company is not in Mexico.

Yes, you'd need an FM3.
A machine operator's job? I can't see that paying enough, seriously. You'd need a management position to be able to survive. Monterrey is the most expensive city in Mexico, by a long way.

What's it take to survive in Mexico? I might be moving from Jamaica to Monterrey on a company transfer. I speak little Spanish but I'm a quick learner. Personally I'm OK with a studio or one bedroom apartment near me office, a close to the park, supermarket, etc. What's the average cost of utilities, transportation, food, entertainment, etc to get by in Monterrey?

You need to do SERIOUS RESEARCH about legally working in Mexico. And most jobs pay very low salaries esp. if you are accustomed to U.S. pay. I wonder where people get the idea it is easy to work in a foreign country as most countries have very strict labor laws prohibiting/limiting foreign workers unless they are sponsored by a multinational company. All this info is already on the internet if you do a Google search.

I'll be working with a multinational company where they'll be sponsoring my visa and paying me there, etc. It's essentially a transfer.
