No, cars or scooters only.
Golf carts are popular outside town for folks who live a short distance from the beach in a gated community, for example.

Why would you want to drive something that is not insurable, in a country where you are guilty until you prove your innocence, and you will remain in jail until you do that.

Great reply..my question to this person was have you ever been in PDC? Scooter hell..I've noticed in CZM, where we live quite a few people are buying these 4 wheel small ATV's pulling little carts for groceries..I know for yrs ins would not insure them..maybe its changed, because I know there is a cruise boat excersion around the island on these ATV.s..Couldn't pay me to get on scotter or ATV..Multiple accidents daily..plus no maintenance by these crap rental agencies..very dangerous.

Many people own golf carts and drive safely between the beach or store and their home...
Common sense goes a long way (on a battery charge!)
We'll be buying one when we move there to go to the beach and the neighbors further out...
