Trouble settling in Mexico

hello everyone, i'd like to share my situation and hope somebody could help me out somehow. dont worry ill keep it short and simple.

my name is Isaac Donado, i'm 23.
i was born in Venezuela but raised since age 3 in the US. i considered myself American all muy life, it was even my only fluent language at the time i was 14, which was when my nightmare began. my family's political assylum case was denied and we had to return to Maracaibo , Venezuela. as you can imagine, adapting was very hard for me. its a long story full of psicologists and parent teacher conferences. when i finally felt at home the political AND economic situation got out of hand so i followed my father to México since my gf also moved here. i heard about opportunities for english speakers in mexico but i cant really find any. every job interview i've been to i've been turned down and im beginning to feel depressed. i couldnt finish my bachelors degree in political science in Venezuela and cant find a job to begin again here. i feel stuck, it sucks. i've heard about Teletech and thought it was great till i read comments about the workplace, and for 12.000 pesos, i'm better off signing up in uber, same $$ and More freedom. i really am not even picky i'm perfectly fine with around 14.000 pesos a Month.. i have good habbits, values, i learn things quickly, im good with computers yet no one seems to take me seriously Maybe because of my legal nationality ? im not sure.. but if Anyone knows or Is an employer willing to give me a decent chance i will not let you down. i'm willing to move or do what ever it takes to better my future. please, if you took the time to read this i want to Thank you , and ask u if Ur willing to take the time to check out my resume. thanks in Advance (sorry about the typos i'm typing from my mobile phone)
