I am looking to purchase a mountain bike to donate to the Poco y Poco group which is helping with the outlying communities of San Pedro and beyond. It would be used by the young group of bombero trainees to reach those needing first aid or assistance.

You're in luck. Costco in PV has mountain bikes they will sell you for your philanthropic cause. The bomberos do many wonderful things for the communities here.

Great! Congratulations, you can also look on segunda mano or mountain bike stores that have access to the cheaper used bikes of customers looking for newer model. Please let me know if you need help calling people if you don´t speak fluent Spanish =)
