We have high speed internet through TelMex bundled with our phone. You can see their plans here: http://telmex.com/web/hogar/aumenta-tu-velocidad
Notice that it also includes Clarovideo which gives online streaming of TV shows and movies (similar to Netflix).

Depends on what you call high speed and your neighbourhood. We got 3 mbps in Chula Vista . Norte, and 7 mbps in Riberas. Which goes to show that Internet quality bears no correlation to the quality of the streets or other infrastructure (like septic vs. public sewer)

Internet& phone are pretty cheap. $389 pesos per month gets you both the internet mentioned above and unlimited international long distance. (I've called U.S., Canada and Ireland with no charges on this plan.)#
