if you are interested in helping me develop a youth hostel/restaurant/tea house in essaouira morocco,please contact me. i have a lovely old riad there with 8 bedrooms, a kitchen, three baths, and rooftop terrace. the interiour courtyard is surrounded by old
pillars and archways...it is old
and charming, and would be a great budget traveller hostel/hotel. i cannot be there to direct the operation personally, but do have people who are available for various tasks, such as , construction, housekeeping, permit help, etc. what i need is someone who wants to spend a year or so in morocco (essaouira) to help get this project going. i cannot pay a salary, but would agree to a portion of the income produced by the project. if its something you'd be interested in please contact me. (essaouira is a small fishing town with a walled medina, on the southern coast of morocco, 2 and 1/2 hours southwest of marrakech. it is known for its great windsurfing
beaches and fresh fish. very typical morocco, and low hassle factor. very laid back on the one hand, yet due to the increase in foreign investors, there are many new nice restaurants in town, as well as up scale bed and breakfast/inns.
i want to offer something to the younger and/or budget traveller. something which is charming yet affordable.
