My boyfriend and I are Americans who currently reside in Southern Spain. We own an apartment in Fes, Morocco that we would like to sell. We are having difficulty in finding an English speaking real estate agent. Can someone assist us in finding one.

Hi.
Not sure this helps but my wife and I are moving to Fes in September of this year from Los Angeles. If you're interested in renting your apartment we'd be interested. Right now we have no plans to buy property but that could change.

Hello,

We actually moved to Spain from Santa Monica (L.A.), California to retire. We love it here! We bought the Fes apt. two years ago as an investment. We're selling due to medical reasons. We want 53,000 Euros for it (10K less than we paid for).

It was new when we bought it- never been occupied with two bedrms and two bathrms (one en-suite); guest toilet; large lounge and dining area; good size kitchen; marble floors, tiles in kitchen and bathrooms. It has 134 sqm floor area, situated on the 3rd floor of the bldg. Facilities incl. 24-hr. concierge, lift and secured underground parking; a block to 5-star Crown Palace and Sheraton hotels, restaurants and shopping centers; 5-min. drive to Medina and walking distance to train station. The annual real estate tax is about 50 Euros.

Interesting.
If it is sitting unused we would certainly be interested in possibly renting it and seeing how we like it. We know very little about Fez so we have no idea now if it will be in the area we like, etc.
If you are interested and want to reach me directly about this, please email me at len@runawaysquid.com

Have you sold your apartment? If not I would be interested in seeing it.

A little background, I am married to a Moroccan. We have decided to make our home in Morocco. I recently retired and am currently selling my condo in U.S. Should be arrived approximately Nov-Dec 2006.

Thank you.
