Moving back with my wife and son to Morocco (Rabat) and wondering if there are any english speaking community around.

Get your wife to join the Facebook group entitled "American and English speaking women in Morocco". There are lots of English speaking women in Casablanca, and I believe a few in Rabat. These ladies are most helpful with advice on all manner of things, including schools, doctors and the like.
