hi erik, my husband manages a Riyad in Marrakesh. It is a small very comfortable tourist residence and can accomodate from 8 to 10 residents.. This may be ideal for you. I am also relocating to Morocco, to join my husband and i will be staying there with my husband until we find an apartment. If you are interested, let me know and i will give you a contact number.

We have a small flat well furnished to rent : it’s with 1 room (2 beds)+ living room + kitchen+bathroom+wc + terrace where you can dry your cloths : 5500Dhs.
and other flat in the same place but it's big for you (3 rooms). 7000Dhs
otherwise, we have also homestay option with us and learning language. we are a young couple. we live in Salé neighborhood to Rabat.

now I give you some discriptions of the flat :
all the bills are included in the monthly price exept internet (no internet in the flat ) but you can bay a 3G card with recharge. it's very cheap .
the public transport you have a lot of possibilities:
- big taxis (10 to 15 min) to rabat.
- 10 min walking to the tram station and going where you want.
- 5 min to Salé-Rabat airoport by small taxi.
