GMO-free Cheap Country Family Friendly

Ok, my husband and I are considering moving to another country for many reasons. Our monthly budget (without work) would be about $1,500 a month. Of course, we would try to find jobs, if possible. We are both educated. We also homeschool our two children and are very concerned with safety of another country. Another concern is that we are trying to find a country that is not filled with GMO crops and is focused on the health of the land. This may be far fetched, however, we have started to look and wondering if anyone can help us. Thank you all for any advice!

Thank you. I have put a lot of interest in Nicaragua and it seems very possible. I will look into Uruguay as well!

My husband and I moved to Fiji in 2013 and have never looked back. You could certainly live on that income and apply for work permits. We think its very safe, its just like anywhere else, don't be careless and you will be fine. We buy all kinds of fruits and veggies from the local small stands on the highway from small farms in the area.
