Dear All.

I am an EB5 International Investor finder. I work with Regional Centers to find people who are interested in investing in their projects and immigrating to the US.

Here is a summary about the EB5 program and the steps that need to be taken. Please contact me if you are interested in this investment program.

What is a Regional Center?

A regional center is one of the investing methods the investor can choose (hotel, business center, shopping center, apartment buildings, etc,,,). A regional center, defined by USCIS is “any economic unit, public or private, engaged in the promotion of economic growth, improved regional productivity, job creation and increased domestic capital investment.” An alien can invest in an established regional investment center rather than starting an investment plan from scratch. The regional center has to be approved by USCIS to set up for EB-5 purposes and offer some benefits for EB-5 investors.

Steps

1. Contact us to discuss and review the legal and financial requirements for the EB-5 program.

2. Sign a contract with a Regional Center. This can be done immediately.

3. Sign a contract with a Security company. The Security company will verify the source of your funds and provide the US government with the required documents through your attorney as required by the US government. This can be done immediately.

4. Sign a contract with an Immigration attorney. The Immigration attorney will file all your documents on your behalf with the US government. This can be done immediately. Some Immigration attorney offices have the required license to perform the Security agency work, therefore they will do the required work for less money and less waiting time.

5. Send your investment capital to the Regional Center. This will be done after your immigration attorney informs you, and the wait time for this is about 2 months from signing the contract.

6. Stay in constant contact with your Security company and your immigration attorney. There are documents that you will need to provide in order for your visa to be processed. It is your responsibility to stay in contact with them and to provide them with the required documents.

7. Your attorney will File I-526 Petition for Alien Entrepreneur with the USCIS on your behalf. This petition requests USCIS to certify the applicant and the investment as eligible for EB-5 status.

8. Upon approval of the petition, (a) if you are in the United States, you may apply for adjustment of status to conditional resident status; (b) if you are abroad, you must wait for notification from the National Visa Center to prepare documents for the immigrant visa interview at the U.S. Consulate or U.S. Embassy in your home country.

9. Once granted conditional resident status, wait 21 months to reconfirm that the full investment has been maintained and 10 jobs created (if required, based on type of investment).

10. Your immigration attorney will File an application to remove conditional resident status (Form I-829) between 21 to 24 months.

11. Once conditional resident status is removed, a full green card is granted for indefinite permanent resident status and work permission in the United States. U.S. citizenship is possible four years and nine months later.
